And for informing relevant departments and Customer in case there is not any problem on appraisal period.
2. Appraisal Study
he subject is examined in a place where the real property is situated and necessary determinations are made.
When necessary the Municipality completes researches about title deed in government agencies such as Council of Monuments, Directorate of Environment and Urban Planning and Directorates of Cadastre.
The most proper appraisal method is selected for the said real estate, appraisal is made within the frame of International Valuation Standards and report is written.
3. Control Phase
Reports, which are prepared and submitted for being controlled by Licensed Appraisal, are examined in detail and controlled by licensed appraiser
whether reporting was made within International Standards,
proper methods are used in the appraisal or not
and its value is examined whether there is any mistake when calculating the value or not the examination is made under many titles.
4. Report Delivery
The reports which are completed are delivered to the Customer
via e-mail (in pdf format) and as hard copy via cargo.
